Thomas Massey, Sr. age 78 passed away at Bridgeport Hospital with family by his side on Friday, November 25, 2022. He was born in Blairsville, PA on August 22, 1944 to the late Robert (Rabbit) and Alvie Massey. He was predeceased by his wife Bernice Massey (Newkirk) and by his brothers Jeffrey Massey, Robert (R.C.) Massey Jr., Ricky Massey, Eugene (Moon) Massey, Fred (Doe Doe) Massey, Leonard Massey and James Massey, and predeceased by sisters Mary Ella (May) Massey and half-sister Marlene Thompson.
He is survived by brothers Alfred (Pete) Massey (Joan) and Curtis (Curt) Massey. Surviving sisters Barbera Ann Massey, Patricia Massey Gilmore (Fred), Alfreda Massey, Shavonne Massey Williams (Mike), Linda Massey, Wilson Joyce Boyd and Felicia Massey his son Thomas (Baby Tommy) Massey Jr (Racina), seven grandchildren, ten great-grand children, a long time companion Pauline Preston, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM, Baker Funeral Services, 84 South Main Street, Norwalk, CT. Family will receive guest from 10:00 AM until time of service. Interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Avenue, Norwalk, CT. Arrangements are entrusted to Baker Funeral Services, 84 South Main Street, Norwalk, CT.
